Default Was Atkins Thinking Of Switching To Fat Flush

Hi All!!

I have been on Atkins for awhile, fell off the wagon and can't seem to get back on. I recently read the Fat Flush Diet and was intrigued when I got to the "fatty liver" issue. I have been told by several doctors that I have a fatty liver. I am going to try this diet beginning this weekend after I get the supplies to give it a go. It's still low carb and I would love to heal my liver and hopefully my whole system.

BIG QUESTION THOUGH? Is there anyone else on this plan and has anyone experienced bad bowel changes....(loose stools or bloating) when doing this? I haven't started yet, but was wondering after reading about the Long Life Cottail and phylum husks.

Any input anyone. Would love to hear from you all on this.

Hugs
Ellie

HI - I'm new to this forum and low-carbing. I started low-carbing in Feb when I started the Fat Flush Plan. The first two weeks of the plan are very intense, hence the term given to the first phase - detoxifying Boot Camp. It's strict, but if you follow it correctly, you'll loose a lot of weight and feel great! In the first week, I lost 8 lbs!
You will probably notice a change in bowel movement, I did. But you can take magnesium to fix that, which worked for me.
For more info about the plan, check out this forum:

Good luck!

Thanks for that info, I am considering it for myself to break my stall. I was reading about FF benefits on a print out from the Atkinscenter website and it seems like I am a candidate for it. Well, we'll see.

Thanks for the link carbprncez - I've been thinking about this myself.

Cheers.
