Default Low carb Texas Toast

I was so pleased to find this in my local Kroger store last week! Honest to goodness, actual, low carb Texas Toast! Each slice has 6 grams of carbs, same size as real TT, and they taste incredible! I added a sprinkle of shredded cheese before baking, YUMMMMM! Priced at $2.50, no higher than regular Texas Toast, 8 slices per box.

Pardon the ignorance of a poor foreign lady, but what is Texas Toast?
I know Texas Tea is crude oil. I shudder to think what the toast would be like.
