Does anyone find that they fall out of ketosis after drinking crystal light or after eating something containing aspartame?

I don't do the test strips so I don't know if it kicks me out of ketosis, but I have noticed that my weight loss really slow downs and I have more sugar cravings.

if it's helpful to you...i find that my ketostix are almost always light when i drink soda with asparatame. i don't notice it with my coffee sweetener, but that is sugar twin (cyclamate). i also notice i get very bad sugar cravings after i dring crystal light and diet soda, and almost always seem to manage to sneak in a few extra carbs! i try to avoid them whenever possible!
hope it helps.
