Restaurants in & around Nanaimo with LC Menus

Fast Eddies and Mrs Richies with Low Carb Menu

They both seem to have an emphasis on meat and veggies (steak/prawns etc) ...no franken foods...except Mrs Richies has a Low Carb Quesadilla with ceaser salad..which according to the "advertorial" in the Harbour City Star was quite good...

perhaps other people may want to add places that they have been that are Low Carb Friendly?

On BC FERRIES I was able to get a Bread Garden "Carb-Wise" Meat lovers sandwich...I was starving so I had it but not sure how carbwise it actually was though...

Also when dining at Acme Food Co. I noticed the Burgers have a lowcarb bun option...
