You maybe eating something that you're alergic to? Maybe are you eating 'sugar free' candies that are sweetened with sugar alcohols?

But I'm not sure you gave enough info. Perhaps it will help to tell what you are eating and elaborate on your symptoms.

Well BB it's hard to know what's going on as it seems you decided to quit Atkins and do your own LC thing. Are you still in ketosis? I saw in your journal all the posts from others about all the treats out there...are you eating all that stuff? IMHO I think you should have given the program a bit more of a chance..4 weeks isn't a long time...and you lost 13 lbs. How ever I do wish you well and the best of luck!

I always experience nausea when I am heavey into ketosis. I hate that feeling, but hey it's better than the occasional binge on carbs. Sometimes I even see it as a blessing

My stomach also growls and rumbles and I am not hungry at all. It's weird--I am on my third day of induction--so I am feeling really strange, having diarrhea and no energy. Hopefully things will pick up!! It's crazy but I am not craving anything sweet.
