Default Anyone ever have werid dreams ?

I've been off low carb for a couple weeks due to being really sick and only being able to keep down crackers. Then just couldn't get back into it.

Lately I've been having weird dreams. I used to have this "friend" back in school, she weighed about 225 while I was 150. She started losing was down to like 205 last I seen her. (just by exercise) I never once made fun of her for her weight, she was actually jealous of me even though I was also fat. She'd sometimes make assnine comments that I had "rolls", she didn't have 'rolls' because all her weight was in her stomach. Completely different body shapes.

I haven't seen her in about 7 years, my choice, the main reason being her assnine comments all the time. But last night I had this weird dream where I ran into her and she lost all her weight on Atkins and had a flat stomach.. but lots of stretch marks.. so it's not like I made her out to be perfect...And she made fun of me for being fat.

I'm thinking it also has something to do with gaining 15lbs in the past month? lol but the dream was just so weird. I was so jealous and feeling like a fatpig..woke up like that too. I certainly have never really been offended by her comments since she was so much more overweight then me. Maybe a little.. but like I still felt I was better then her. Also how I felt in the dream too. lol Out of all the people that could make fun of me, i don't know why id dream about that.

Yes From what I understand it is from the fact we sleep "deeper" and become more rested. Explaining we are in REM stage longer then those who do not sleep very deep

Heres a link to a website that you can interpret your dreams, it's kinda neat!

I had to get up early today -- my day off! because I was having such bad dreams. Since starting lcing I am dreaming every night, really clear and lucid dreams, and I don't have that feeling that "oh, heck, this must be a dream" that I used to.

On low carb my dreams tend to be less vivid. I noticed on anti-depressants I had really wild dreams. It was like going to a movie every night. Maybe it has something to do with eating carbs and serotonin production or something.

How funny! Glad to hear I'm normal. Sometimes I have dreams that people I know are forcing me to eat foodsI shouldn't be, Or that i am in the middle of snacking and look down and realize what I am eating!! it's bizarre!! The mind sure does strange things!
