Default Reached goal for a day

When I started my diet 4 months and one week ago I set a goal of 190. Yesterday morning when I weighed myself the scale said 190. I went to the freezer and got out the Sara Lee cheesecake my wife had been saving for company. Last night instead of having potatoes as my carbs. for my reward meal I had a piece of cheesecake. It tasted so good I had another piece.
This morning I weighed 191, It was worth it!
However now I need to set a new goal. I still have the love handles and a bit of a paunch to get rid of. Think I'll shoot for 180 and have some more cheesecake when I get there.
