Taco Salad
I was craving Taco Bell really bad, so I made this, it more then handled the cravings.
1 Pound of ground beef, cooked with 1 packet of taco seasoning (there's a few carbs in there but not a lot)
2 cups of shredded chedder cheese
1 bowl of diced tomatoes, onions and lettuce
After I had all the main stuff done, it was just putting it together. The amounts above have given me 4-5 servings.
Layer bottom of bowl with seasoned beef, sprinkle with cheese, nuke for 30 sec's or till cheese starts to melt.
Then add in your lettuce tomatoes and onions.
Add 2 big tablespoons of salsa sauce
Add 1 big tablespoon of sour cream
You can mix it all up and eat with a spoon, or you can try to scoop with pork rinds, it's up to you.
If your craving Mexican, this really hit the spot!!!
