Subway LC Cookies!

I just heard the other day that my local Subways will be carrying LC Cookies made by the same place that makes their regular cookies. They will be offered on Wednesday (April 15th) when it is their FREE COOKIE DAY! Has anyone else heard about this? I'm real excited to try one.

The cookies at Subway are Double Chocolate Chip. It is really good!!! The cookies have 7 NET carbs each. A bit much, but I did have one. I will have at least half of one again. They are the same size as the regular cookie, so it is very shareable.

Goodness gracious what will they think of next? I love to stop and have one of their wraps and a diet soda when I am out doing errands so I might need to try one of those cookies! I heard about it on the news, too. I wonder if they are any good?

I got one on free cookie day..not worth it in my opinion. The cookie tasted VERY salty. I wasn't a sweets eater before starting this WOL, so maybe I just have no desire to eat them now.

I tried the cookie on free cookie day and noticed that it had 5g of sugar alcohol (maltilol) in it so I added 75 % of those carbs bringing the net carbs up to 10.75. hm.... Still really good though.

Seems like Kansas is usually the last to get these new options! I'll keep my eyes open though. Thanks for the heads up.
