Default Almost Absentmindedly Cheated on Day 2

Opps... I was feeding my 9 month old son some cheerios and as a usual habit, I grab a handful and dump about 90% on his tray. Then I stuff the other 10% in my mouth. Well, it is such a habit, that I did that this AM. After one bite and no swallows - I ran to the trash and spit them out.

Atleast I caught myself in time.

I've done that too - I gave my daugther spagetti the other day, and went to test it to see how cool it was, and then literally ran to the garbage to spit it out, I was so surprised I had actually done that!...human nature LOL

That's a hard one especially with kids! I know in the first two weeks I had to keep reminding myself. The worst for me is if I'm dishing something out for my daughter and get something on my finger (like chocolate pudding or the like) and I start to put that finger in my mouth to lick it off and remember and stop myself and run to the faucet to wash it off!

you should see how many times I have to spit in the trash while baking for my kids. I licked the spoon so much before I don't even think about it. Or on my thumb hee hee hee
