Default Back and doing it for REAL

Hi. I'm back. All the way.
Was doing Atkins before, then SBD...nope, I'm back.

I want this EASY this time (I complicated it all last time
with too many food choices/recipes) - too much carb counting going on.

Not anymore.

Now I understand.
Mostly fat. Enough protein. Get your fiber. Lots of water.
No problem.

What I eat. Same thing each day (yes this is possible for me).

B - Eggs and butter
L - Tuna, mayo, mac nuts or almonds and greenbeans
D - Chicken, any nonstarch veg w mayo and butter

Thats it.

If I travel its:
B - Eggs/butter
L/D - Any protein w any nonstarchy veg (very minimal cheese)
I bring nuts with me (for the fat and fiber - yes I count my carbs there).

I do not snack. I do not want to/not hungry!
I do not do recipes. No time, not a cook.
I like to eat these foods day after day -
really...easy is better for me.

No bread, fruit, processed foods, sugar (of any kind), milk products (although some sourcream or a little heavy whipping cream is fine).

Basically it's
protein
nonstarch vegs
nuts/cheese (limited)
and lots of mayo, margarine or butter.

No, I'm not going to pick and sweat the small stuff.
No - I'm not going to count my carbs each day and make myself nuts.
Really not going to consume that many anyway with this plan.

I take a good multivitamin/mineral and calcium daily.

Yes. I'm back. Been doing this for a week now.
No cravings to eat anything else.
I eat BIG meals...and enjoy every bit.

I won't be posting much, but just wanted to say...
...I'm back. Doing it right and doing it easy this time.

Welcome back. Life is too complicated to make it more so, unless you're in to that kind of thing (and sometimes I am). Good Luck!

Welcome back! Do what works for you now, but don't be afraid to change it up a little with a new recipe here and there (so says the foodie!).

Default Today

Thanks for the thumbs up replies.
Today - (I know, not my journal)
Just FYI
B - eggs/butter
L - salmon/mayo, greenbeans w almonds(just a few)
D - chicken - asparagus, mayo

I won't do a journal - too much attention to the
"food thing" there - and this is what I'm trying to
get AWAY from...you know YEARS of watching/counting
every last morsel into my mouth - NOT enjoying anything -
10 years of non-fatting it/always hungry, tired and FAT.

Not anymore. It's a new day.
I hope I've inspired anyone toying with the idea of going Atkins
all the way.

I'm not on induction/but feel much more comfortable (and its easier)
to stick close to induction foods. I think in general my carbs are
between 20-50 daily. I exercise vigorously daily - so I may be able
to tolerate more carbs than your usual desk-job/no exercise gal?
