Work is bringing in Pizza for lunch. How bad would eating just one piece mess me up?

I have been doing this for about 2 months now and am losing pretty well.

What kind of pizza is it? You should be ok if it is just one piece, but it is also better to pull off the toppings, eat those and throw away the crust. Either way, if you have decided your having it, jsut make sure you don't overdo it, and that you are right back on your plan after...and drink LOTS of water
