Default How can I still be skeptical?

It's just too weird. I've now completed 3 full days of CAD, each night having both a grain AND a dessert. For the first two weigh-ins, I maintained. Now this morning, after a RM of garlic chicken, tons of mashed potatoes, some veggies, and half a piece of chocolate cake from TGI Friday's, the scale says 145.5, which means I am down a pound, and that's the lowest weighin I have ever seen on the scale since I was a kid. I even stepped on and off the scale about 10 times to make sure that it wasn't a fluke. Why do I have such a hard time believing this is possible? Anyone else experience this type of feeling? Like someone's playing a mean game on me and teasing me with some success for awhile and then it will all be taken away. I love this WOE. It's unbelievable to me that I can maintain this way, and after today, the prospect of losing even more is almost more than I can handle. Wow, I just had to share my surprise and giddiness. Hope you all are feeling similar experiences!
