locarb granola

i just tried some locarb granola and really liked it. it is:
183 cal
16 g fat
9 g carb
7 g fiber

Has anyone had any negative problems with granola? I don't want any nasty suprises.

What are the ingredients? I am surprised that it has no protein with as much fat calories that it has.
