Talking First Day Done!

16 carbs for today. ALL whole foods. I've feeling like my butt is whipped, but it feels good to have a whole day under my belt. I'm hoping tomorrow goes as smoothly as today, but I'm expecting a headache.

Good job!!! My first 3 days I was a little worn down too, but the energy will find it's way to you very soon!!! Just take those vitamins, drink that water, and keep doing great with your food....the rest is Atkins history!!

Good for you, just take it one day at a time, and soon it will become a habit that is so easy to stick too, always keep water near by to sip if you get cravings, headaches, etc. and come and post here if you have any questions, need support etc.

This web site is what got me throught the 1st week, and from then on it was so easy, and I found great support and people here. When I need any inspiration at all I just go the the gallery and see all the smiles on people who are suceeding at this woe.

Keep up the good work and the days will become weeks and the losses will add up fast.

Congrats!! Today was my first day, too. I made it! I do feel a bit tired, but everyone says that's normal and will pass.

So glad you're doing well, even if for one day. As with any other major change, just take small steps until you get there!!
