Default cinnamon pecans

Am looking for a recipe for cinnamon pecans with holidays coming up. I tried using a recipe substituting Sugar Twin for sugar and instead of the milk using heavy cream. I do not like the taste of the sugar twin, it has a bitter aftertaste. What else can I use for the sweetner? I have lost a total of 34 lbs and I don't know how many inches since June and I have really one skirt and a top that I can still wear that does not just hang on me. This is great! I haven't weighed 145 lbs since I was in high school! (And I am now 59 yrs old!)

You might try Splenda.

I'm very late on this one, anyway...

Over the holidays my SO's mother made a great nut treat I loved. Of course it was high carb. I made an LC version at home though, and I bet you could add cinnimon to it. Basically It involved whipping egg whites into king of a mirangue. Then you tossed roasted pecans or mixed nuts into it. Then you cooked it on a cookie sheet, mixing frequently. I put the exact recipe on here somehwere, I can't rememebr it off the top of my head. This made a severly addicting sweet treat though that was great.

What was that recipe called ladybelle? It sounds delicious! I have been seeing bags of sweetened nuts at the store and could not figure out how I could make an atkins appropriate substitute! Thanks in advance.

This is reallygood. I doubted it at first, but it's really like candy. My MIL made it using mixed nuts. I found the pecans were my favorite part, so when I made my Lc version, I just used them. I think the origional recipe called for walnuts
