Question Has anyone got a good recipe for a birthday cake?

My daughter is 18 on Saturday, and I want to make a birthday cake and invite the family. I've got along nicely without any cakes since starting Atkins in April, but now the time has come.
The problem is that I think I am going to have to make three cakes: one Atkins-friendly, one dairy-free and one "normal". Besides me, my sister and brother-in-law are on atkins, so we will want something along that line. My husband and my nephews cannot have dairy products or artificial sweeteners, including Splenda. And my son and daughter will eat anything - rail thin they are, too...
Any good recipes?
Hoping for lots of answers!
Kaye H

Check this out:
Take the Atkins Chocolate muffin mix and bake the whole package like a cake (you might want to add 3 more packs of Splenda)

For icing, mix 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 bar cream cheese, 1 tbl vanilla exract, and 4 packets of splenda, whip until smooth and ice the cake.

I topped my cake with 2 Zcarb bars-chopped.
It was great!

I'd recommend: http://www.locarbdiner.com/minicarb_cake_carrot.html

Whip a little cream cheese with some DaVinci's syrup, and it makes a great frosting.

Not good for the dairy-free, no-artificial sweetnener kids, but for you Atkinites, it will rock your world.
