When you say you are allergicc to dairy, do you mean lactose intolerent, or one of those people who have to be rushed to the hospital if some milk even splashes on thier arm?
If it sends you into shock or makes you break out in hives, then no don't even try it is my vote. If you are lactose intolerent, then some people with intolerence find they can handle yogurt in small amounts (about 1/2 cup a day). You'd just have to try it and see.
There are soy milk yogurts on the market. Most I have seen are sweetened and very high carb. I am going to try and figure out how they make soy milk yogurt though and if I cna make it from soy slender or unsweetened soy milk. That way it would be dairy free and only 1 net carb for an entire cup.
