Talking Hi!!!
Hi I'm Manisha new to this board. I'm from Toronto, Ontario and trying to lose some weight. Its so nice to finally find a board where I can get advice and lots of encouragment

I hope I can go back to atleast a normal weight before summer...I just need to lose around 40 pounds to be perfect again...lol...I gained the weigh after having my one and only daugther about 2 years ago...So I'm REALLY hoping to get skinny and out there again.

40 pounds by summer is a very aggressive goal. But if you sticj with your plan, you'll no doubt find that you feel and look better by summer and maybe that specifi number won't matter quite so much.

Thank you I know what you mean....just by reading their success stories I'm getting a great support!

I've also bought the slimfast patches along with my Atkins diet..hmm...they dont seem to work at all...lol
