Smile Hello hello hello!

I am so glad I found this site! Today is my first day on the Atkins diet. I tried it many years ago (oh...mid 70's maybe?) and am ready to give it another try. Actually I am miserable and desperate! *lol* I have high hopes...I am really enjoying reading everything here!

Default question....

I have osteoporosis....bad....perhaps you could tell me where to find info about calcium rich foods that are allowed on Atkins? I know you can have cheese...and broccoli. I am really worried about not having that vitamin D fortified milk daily as I have already had one fracture.
