Question Vegetables/Induction

I have a question. I'm on my 3rd week of induction. I've noticed that you can have two cups of vegetables from one particular group of vegetables and one cup of another. Yesterday I had only 10 grams of carbs by dinner time. Can you have more than the 3 cups of vegetables if you are way under 20 grams of carbs that day???

If you count everything you can certainly go up to 20g of carbs. Low carb veggies are not what made us fat!

Viski, there are carbs in other things as well, for example and egg has .6 of a carb. Cheese has carbs. Even coffee has a little. I use www.fitday.com to track my carbs, I think there is a "sticky" message at the top of this forum with tips on how to use it.

good luck!
