Talking I FINALLY Get to Change My Stat

Yesterday was week 6 and I lost 2 lbs! I was stuck at a
5 lb. loss for 5 weeks. I'm so glad I didn't cave in and
go back to my old eating ways. I bought Valentine's candy
yesterday for my DD's parties and there was no desire to
eat any - something I would have done 7 weeks ago!

Thanks to those who offered advice and I look forward to
continuing my weight loss with this board's help.

That's great things have started moving for you. My experience is pretty similar - weeks at a time without losing anything, but then I do seem to lose sooner or later. But you're right - sticking to it is the way to go for sure.
