Cool New--recomendations needed

Going to start Atkins Diet--looking for information regarding books-cookbooks --menus--really everything and anything.Which ones worked for you. Open to any plan. Need to be educated +motivated. I need to change to a healthier lifestyle. Let's hear it!

Hi Dale,

Welcome to the forum. There are lots of Atkins books. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten around to buying any, so in the meantime, you could check out the Arkins Center website.......Phase I Induction. Next stop would be Fitday where you can keep track of everything.

Last, and best of all, just explore the forum for scads of info about lowcarbing.

Step one would be to get a copy of the book. And that's assuming that you've already decided on Atkins - you might want to check out some of the other plans, too. See "Which Low Carb Plan Is Right For Me?" under "Quick Links" over to the right.
