Im in Miami and dont know about the Ruby Tuesday menu except that they do have the Atkins cheesecake from what I hear. I loved eating at Friday's last weekend. I would probably recommend that. Id stay away from the latin restaurants, you never can trust the cuban cook behind that kitchen door. They might use the wrong oils, etc... Theyre not familiar with the whole LOW CARB wol, i think. American restaurants are more "up to date" and TGI Fridays has a good menu. I ate there on Saturday and woke up weighing a pound less. Weird because I pigged out.

If you want a sanwich, forget Subway. Go to Publix and have them make you a sandwich at the deli with a low carb bread such as atkins or natures own. Grab the bread from the bread isle or bakery and take it to them. Awesome if you're in the mood for something filling but fresh and light.

Have fun when you come down!

Terry
