Question weight smart vitamin

I just wanted to know if anyone is taking the One A Day weight smart vitamins.

I have been and every time I take it about 20 minutes later i feel very sick to my stomach . Does anyone else feel that way?

I have tried taking it after eating breakfast, in the afternoon and even in the evening and I still get the sweats, and very nauses(sorry i can't spell).

I just want to see if it is me reacting to them or everyone feels that way.

thankyou

Weight Smart makes me nauseaus and gassy if I take it on an empty stomach. It's not just you. I take mine with food, and its fine.

The only non-standard thing I can find on the label is a green tea extract with cambogia and some other (probably worthless) stuff.

The green tea is what gives the weight loss effect ... Not sure what else is in it that might cause nausea though.

I really didnt see much happening while taking it other then losing weight because i felt too sick to eat. So i just stopped taking it now and enjoying Atkins plan instead.
thanks for the replies.

it definitely made me feel sick-- actually, I threw up 3 or 4 times after taking it. I found that the effect wasn't as bad when I ate A LOT of food with it--like a huge dinner, but eventually, i realized that taking it wasn't helping with weight loss if i had to eat more when i took it! =) I'm taking the one for active women now, and haven't had any problems-- i talked to my doctor about it and she said that lots of people react adversely to diff types of multivitamins, u just have to find the right one for you (and fyi. the statements which weight smart is based aren't FDA approved and i didn't seem to loose weight any faster by taking it)

on the label has all the regular ingredients that any vitamin would have but the other ingredients are
green tea leaves(camellia senensis)dirived from 75mg of a 1:10 standardized extract containing 36% EGCG(non medicinal)
Thats all that is extra.
I hope that answers your question blueflyer
