Default Aerobic Question

I recently lost 25 lbs. on Atkins. I started my first BFL challenge this week. My question is about the days I have to do aerobics. I live in rural NC and there are NO gyms anywhere near here. I could walk, but it is really dark outside when I get up to work-out. Would it be okay to just do an aerobic video - I have an extensive collection of exercise videos collected over the years from my many attempts to lose weight? Thanks for your suggestions!

Hi Heidi! I guess it would be okay but I really think a run-walk program would be better. Could you do your cardio at another time (in the afternoon or later in the morning)?
