I'm New and i Need Some Help
Hey guys, i'm going to start SoBe soon but i'm scared that i will loose too much wieght. I'm just need to loose about 10 pounds but i have read that there are many people who lost 15-20 pound after the first phase. I don't need to loose that much. I just have a little extra wieght around my waist and thighs that i can't seem to get rid off with low fat diets at all because i always end up binging and i can't excercise because i have asthma
So is there any way i can cheat a litle and still loose the wieght without loosing TOO MUCH? Will adding a slice a bread per day in the first stage and about a half a cup of brown rice for dinner SEVERLY alter my diet uring the first stage. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
