Default Are Bars baaadd??

I had to change around my lunch schedule and I have been having a bar and a string cheese and then more once I get home from school (like a cheese and a hard boiled egg). Do you think a bar a day could be slowing down my loosing weight? THanks in advance

Yes, it could. I can tell you from experience bars stall me. Lots of people they don't bother, though, so cut them out simply to see if you start losing better. As soon as I cut them out, I start losing. Good luck!

A bar a day, yes. Keeping them around for emergancies when ther eis no other choice isn't a bad idea. THey aren't ment to take the place of eating whole foods though and when eaten too often many people stall on them.

The string cheese can be fine as long as you aren't over doing cheese in the day, or have problems with dairy. What kind of situation do you have? I take it there is no fridge handy to keep food in, so how do you have to pack it? How much time do you have for lunch? If youpost soem more details you may find others on here in the same position who can offer more food ideas for you to try.

For many people they can be. Each person is different of course. If you stall you may want to stop eating them.
