Nummy Brats and vegie meal! Very quick and easy!!
I took 5 brats (semi-thawed) and sliced them up and started cooking them in a big pan with cover, added "winter blend" vegies(broccoli and cauliflower) after the brats made some juices, then threw on about 2 tsp soy sauce and a can(or fresh) mushrooms...and VIOLA, instant meal!! I kept the cover on most the time to keep the juices.
It was very nummy for both dh and I. Sorry, I don't have the carb count, but the brats were less than 1 carb per brat. (each brat will vary, I am sure)
