the unicef analogy is especially disgusting. how could a men's HEALTH magazine promote this crap in their NUTRITION section? irresponsible.

I'll have to go back and read my latest Men's Health magazines, but I don't remember this article. In fact a lot of articles within the last year have been giving good mention of low carb diets.

Though most of the recipies are low fat not low carb.
