It really does depend on the item unfortunately. I do most of my shopping at thebetterhealthstore also. They have the best prices on most things I buy (Atkins cereal, Low Carb Success Granola, Low Carb Success flax cereal, o so low rollz) and offer free shipping on orders over $50. Their service is amazing. I receive my order within 3 days of placing it! For DaVinci syrups I have found that www.netrition.com has the best prices (and also excellent service). They offer a quantity discount on the syrups starting (I thinK) at 6 bottles. There is a $4.95 shipping charge no matter what size your order is. And those glass bottles add up in weight! They come beautifully packed in styrofoam. I also get my Steel's products (ketchup, pancake syrup, and jams all made with Splenda) from netrition.
