Default The Woosh Happened

I just think this site is wonderful, I was getting in a rut, I didn't stall exactly, but the weight loss slowed quite abit, and I was disappointed with my last measure and weigh. I went back through alot of the posts people sent to help others that have stalled, and put all the hints to work and today is one week since my last weigh in and thanks to you all I'm back to my 5 pounds a week. I have to blame it on those low carb bars I'm afraid, they are my weakness. Thanks again everyone for all the ideas you post, they help alot.

Wow! 5 pounds per week is a lot! What else are you doing? I am getting about 1.7 pounds loss per week and would love to see a little bit less of me than that each week.

Glad it's working for you!

Hi Dianne, I am sticking pretty close to the induction phase of atkins, I allow myself a little extra every now and again, but not to much. I go to curves at least 3 times a week, but try to get there more if I can. MY usual loss is about 5 pounds a week, but the last month I was only averaging about 2 pounds. I hadn't changed anything but I was snacking on the low carb bars and
treats. After reading some of the posts about stalls I cut them out, and now I'm back to the 5 pounds again.
