Hi Calicocat

Sorry it took me long to reply, I'm quite busy these days...
So the Optimal Diet is a diet developed by a Polish Doctor, Jan Knawiesky (or something like that!), very high fat, quite low in protein (60-90g), and low carb (no more than 50g). He has used it to treat many many ailments.
