Default Pop Overs? cross posted

Most people haven't even heard of these, but I was hoping someone might have a good idea how to LC them since they seem the perfect item TO LC!

Pop Overs are a family tradition with me. They are an egg and oil roll type thing that pops over in the muffin tin and becomes almost hollow. They are great to eat with foods that can "fill in" the middle like turkey, stuffing, and gravy, or just eat with some butter.

Real Recipe:

2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbs oil
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt

-Preheat oven to 450.
-Put 1/4 tsp oil into muffin tins.
-Place oiled tins in oven until the start to smoke (about 5 min)
-Take tins out and pour batter only 1/2 way into each slot
-Place in oven for 20min or so. Evey oven is different so watch them! Once they start to rise a lot reduce heat to 350 for another 15 min or until really golden.
-Let cool a bit in pan so they don't implode, and serve

Any ideas??? I am desperate. These are really amazing!!
