Default Canada Dry Soda question...???

Hey everyone,

I really like all the flavors of Canada Dry club soda, but I do not know if there are any hidden carbs or not. All that the ingredients list is water, and "natural flavors." There are o carbs on the nutrition label as well.

Thoughts anyone? Does anyone else drink this?

Thanks.

...and how about the sodium? Could it be a cause of water retention?

Ok, Club soda is my VERY VERY FAVORITE liquid I drink it over ice with a dash of lemon (the dash of lemon does have carbs, or part of a carb anyway, so you have to figure it into your total). Anyway, Canada Dry club soda has no carbs but it does have a bunch of sodium. For me thats ok, because I have to replace sodium in my diet due to medication I take. HOWEVER, if you want a great (and much cheaper) club soda with no sodium at all, try WalMart brands club soda. Its called Sam's Choice Sodium Free Selzer. ALL it has in it is carbonated water. Some people say carbonation isnt good for you, but for me, if I didn't drink carbonated water, it would be difficult for me to get my daily water reqs in!

Oh yeah, the walmart brand is not next to their bottled water, they keep it with the drink mixers. I'm so slow it took me four months to find it

Thanks sydnarella... I am a bit of a club soda addict myself and can definitely due with out the sodium. Looks like a trip to Wally World is in order.
