But in order to get the "cheat free days" symbol I am supposed to go to the "sticky" at the top of this forum... I CAN'T FIND IT... anyone else know where it is??

you need to go to the listing under "Our Website" (off of main "active low carbers forums page) and then go to the comments box, technical questions forum. The sticky is at the top of the page!

before the URL you need to put [/img] and after the URL you need to put [img] in order for the image to show up.
