I really would love too! I'm trying to get involved in a few challenges to kick my tust into gear and get back to goal!

I've been stuck with a 2# per month average since I hit the 60's (Sept) - want to be at goal before spring - so 10# in one month sounds great - but is it possible? What's your strategy? I exercise 4-5 days a week now,and barely have any stool to excrete, so I'm burning as much as I can. What do I change to get a 10# result?

Ricky, It has happened 4 me(losing 10) but not often. I figure what the heck! Another challenge just helps keep me on track!
