Default I am looking for a make a head breakfast recipe

Does anyone have a breakfast recipe that can be made a day a head of time? Maybe a casserole or egg bake type recipe.

Go to the Breakfast Ideas for things like "breakfast muffins" and other things. There should be lots. Any of the quiches will work and you can keep them for several days.

Make quiches. They freeze great. Just pull out and microwave. You can also just throw in a lunch box, though I found it can take forever for them to thaw.
