Buddy please...I'm just into induction

I would love to have a buddy...someone to swap ideas, menus, support, failures (hopefully not as many of those)

I am a preschool teacher, have three children and hubby. Kids are 10,13,15. Iwork full-time. I have suceeded on atkins and then got away from it for some reason...got lazy and gained some weight back. I am now in my 3rd day of induction and doing well. I love this woe. (I have several diabetic risk factors) so this is the way to go for me.

Did ok but yesterday ate a few nuts. Had to go to a chirstmas open house during my lunch hour and they served lots of cookies and veggies. I was so thankful for the veggies but boy was I hungry by supper time!!
