Default Victories Come In Small Increments

When I was at the Doc's Office today for a little blood work it felt like such a victory to stand on that scale and watch the large weight rest on the 200 mark and the small slider weight having to be moved all the way to the left.

Small steps, one day at a time, carb by carb tomorrow is getting better.

Max

Good for you Sorrecko! I only weigh myself once per month and it makes me so happy to see the scale move downwards. Keep up the good work

Congratualtions Max !
I remember that day so well when I first got to move that weight to the 200 mark. I was so happy.
Only 20 more pounds and I'll get to move it again to the 150 mark. Good things come to those who WEIGHT.
