Thumbs up Vita Nutrient

Cheerio fellow inmates :-). has anybody read Dr. Atkins Vita Nurtrient book?I got it from the library a couple weeks ago. This book is off the chain GOOD. I love it. It explains just about every sympton and nature's cure to the pharmacological answer. Besides that Atkins tells about when the government regulates certainities and *why* and its usually big bucks for pharmaceutical companies instead of OUR health. He's my hero. Sometimes I think he was assassinated. Geesh. All the good ones die young. I heard a song like that once. Anyhoo,, check that book out. I went to the health store today and got that coconut oil (downed that with water,, eeeeeeeekk,, i almost chunked it up, but gotta do whatchya gotta do ya know). Plus I got some 5 HTP, vitamins, kava kava and a couple other things. OOOH.. ya i got this sauce, its Ginger and Wasabi w/ only 1 carb per tbsp, its like a dipping sauce.. mmmm,

OH MAN, when i started taking those supplements last night, i had these shooting star dreams, like i was getting shocked,, then right in the middle of a dream, guess what?? a car darted out in front of me like i was about to crash and i woke up.. that shit was scary!!!!!! it must have been the 10, 000 maniac supplements i took,, LOL can you overdose from those?? hahahaaha

I just saw this book and picked it up at the book store. Haven't had a chance to read it yet but I'm looking forward to it!
