Question ReductiCarb (Carb Blocker)

I am interested in knowing if anyone on this forum has had positive OR negative experiences using this product?

It claims to reduce carbohydrate / starch consumption by upto 57%. Its currently being advertised all over our magazines in Australia.

Thanks!

I know from experience that a deliberate change in lifestyle is the only way to succeed with this wol in the long run. Therefore, I categorically denounce the use of any form of diet pill.

I looked into carb blockers and decided against them for one main reason. Almost all state that they only help block carbs from starch such as bread, potatoes, & pasta. They won't block carbs from sugar. Since I dont eat bread, pasta or potatoes...most of my carbs come from veggies and salad dressing etc...it seemed like a waste of money. Hope this helps.

Any quick fix will not work, just look at the thousands of diet products, pills, miracle cures out there, if any of them worked in the long-term, we'd all be taking them.

Follow Atkins closely, track your food choices on www.fitday.com, incorporate daily exercise into your life and you will have permanent results.

I bought a blocker and tried it. The only thing it did for me was give me gas and kept me on the toilet. The only thing I think I'd recommend it for is constipation!!!!!!!!

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
