Net Carbs

Hi,

I am confused. Could someone please send me a list of items I am likely to see on a food label that is deducted from the carb grams to give me my net carbs? I know that fiber is one, but is maltitol one also?

yes, malitol (and the other sugar alcohols, or 'polyols') can be deducted to arrive a net carbs.

For some only i'm afraid. I can eat them without gaining but some people can't. Also some people have issues with not losing (or stalling) whenever they have them.

See how you do and enjoy if you keep losing.
