Here in Arizona, they call this salsa, Salsa Borracha, which means drunks salsa. It doesnt have any booze in it.......it is so easy that even a drunk could make it to go with his beer.

1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
3 green onions chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped (take the seeds out if you dont like it so spicy)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp mexican oregano (greek works too)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix it all up and enjoy. it is great on chicharones (pork rinds) . Of course, all these measurements can be adjusted depending on the drunk ....I mean chef.. making it. I love this salsa.

I make homemade salsa a lot. It's easy. You can adjust the amount of the ingredients to suit your own tastes.

chopped tomatoes
diced onions
cilantro
lime juice
salt
jalepeno pepper

Chop them all up and mix together and you have a wonderful Pico de Gallo. Put some of it in a blender and puree a bit and you have a nice salsa.

Thumbs up Salsa recipes

Thank you so much for the recipe. I am going to try that. Do you know if I can freeze it?

I don't know if you can freeze it because I've never tried. I usually make it about 16 oz at a time and keep it in the fridge til it gets used up. It lasts a long time because of the acidity in the tomatos and lime, so it doesn't go bad.
