Question about Sodium

Does anyone know what the recommended daily allowance on sodium is? I think I am getting to much sodium.

this is the from the back of the atkins shake mix. For 2000-2500 calorie diet have less than 2400mg.

2400mg is the RDA...I shoot for 1500-2500mg.
