Default Ricotta Dessert

I did a search and didn't see this dessert listed anywhere so I thought I'd post it. Forgive me if I'm repeating someone else's post.

Ricotta Dessert is one of my favorites to whip up when my family is having something that's on my "no-no" list and I want something rich and creamy.

1/2 c ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 packets (or equivalent) Splenda or Equal
1 T. SF chocolate chips OR equivalent chopped chocolate

Mix it all up! That's just how easy it is. Yummy and elegant served in a special dessert cup with a couple of the chips sprinkled on top.

I just made this. I was very skeptic, I'm not good with imagining things to taste a certain way. But, this was absolutely delicious! Tastes equivilent to a very thick chocolate pudding.

I'm on Phase 1 of SB and ricotta desserts are pretty much all we are allowed for real "sweet treats".....This recipe is so good.....I love the fact that it only takes the smallest bit of cocca powder to make it so chocolatey!!

Where do you buy sugar free chocolate chips? I haven't seen them in the baking aisle of my store.
