Hi everyone, I'm at then beginning of my 3rd week on Atkins and I am down 9#! Whoo hooo! I know better than to expect this kind of result on a consistent basis, but boy it sure is nice to be into slacks that I couldn't wear 2 weeks ago! I appreciate all the posts on this site, they've been really helpful my first two weeks. So I'm staying at 20 carbs or below for the next several weeks; I am rarely even hungry and don't have any cravings at all. It's really amazing. So thanks for being supportive and I'll keep reading posts looking for ideas, etc.

Hey, it sounds you're doing just great! No bad carbs = no cravings!
