I am a 45 year old female living in Sarnia, Ontario CANADA. I am looking for low carb buddies in this area to talk to, and perhaps meet with regularly to provide support and ideas for each other. I would love to buddy with you unfortunately we are about 2 hours apart. We are in approximately the same condition. I am 42 and above the 200 mark...been doing atkins for about 2 months now...dropped from a size 18plus size stretch jean to a 13 regular and am toying with the idea of actually exercising...I am so lazy....If you just need a chatting bud I would be more than happy to be that...I hope you find yourself someone local as well.
