Unhappy Does L Glutamine really help with sugar cravings?

I've really been struggline with my cravings. It's not so much physical as it is mental. After every mean I just feel the need to eat somthing sweet. I've read post where people take the L-Gutamine for sugar cravings. Will this help me maybe?

I've been makeing lc sweets but I get carried away, eat too many and end up not loosing like I want to. I really need help with this. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Deana.

Yes, L-glutamine can help with the cravings, but I don't think anything can stop you from craving when you're eating the sweets. If you want to save yourself the money, you might try staying away from virtually all sweet things for a few days. In order to get rid of the cravings, you have to resist them for at least a few days. When you're craving that stuff, it's best to eat a protein and fat snack.
