Breakfast help Please.
Can anyone out there help me-out with some ideas as to what to eat for Breakfast-other than the 3-egg omellet and sausages -that I've been having for the last 4 months!? The problem I have Is that I have a large appetite at Breakfast and need a fair size portion to feel full.(So a low-carb bar would just be an appetizer for me.)Any recipes,or Ideas would be greatly appreciated.Thank's-Nick
